Triangle Suisse SA has been founded in Switzerland by the shareholders of the Triangle Group Dubai and the Russian locistic company Nizhny Novgorod Express Ltd. NNE is a private equity company operating on the Russian logistc market with transportation services on rail mainly provided for the Russian oil industrie. To expand their business, NNE aims on purchasing an own stock of 1200 new Railway Tank Wagons for the transportation of crude oil and petroleum products within the Russian Federation and neighbour countries. The targets of Triangle Suisse SA are focussed on supporting the operational activities of NNE with the following services:

• To create a marketing concept and a market position of NNE on the European market of railway logistics,
• to form an operative platform for NNE to get in the position to provide Railway Logistic Services on the Western European markets,
• to implement financing from Western European banks for the purchase of tank wagons in order to the expansion of the NNE business with own rolling stock of railway tank wagons,
• to supports the Russian operative Units of NNE with providing leased rolling railway equipment (tank / container wagons),
• to support NNE with client- and contract management offering transportation services for western European logistic companies on the Russian railway net.

The long term strategic target of Triangle Suisse is to built up an own rolling stock of different railway transportation systems, including tank wagons for the transportation of crude oil and hydro-carbon products, chemical liquids and food as well as wagons for the transportation of containers and special goods according to the needs of NNE and lease this equipment of wagons to Nizhny Novgorod Express.

The operation of the wagons and the provision of the transportation services to the logistic market will then be exclusively executed by NNE.
